Warranty
What is covered: Mohawk blinds are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.

Who is covered: This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application.

What is not covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All cords will eventually wear out. We consider these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty.

For How Long: This warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer own the products.

What We Will Do: If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product.

How to get Service: To obtain service under this warranty, return your products along with the original sales receipt to 1Blinds.com You will be responsible for transporting the product to 1Blinds.com.

Return Policy
We sell custom made blinds fabricated to our customer’s specifications. For this reason orders are non-returnable. 

Color Disclaimer
Please be sure to order color sample before placing your order. Monitor colors may vary and having a color sample is safest insurance of color satisfaction.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Most orders go into production within six hours of receipt of order. This insures that your blinds our shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48HRS. We will do everything we can to help you with any changes or cancellation to your order but this must occur within the first six hours of order placement. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.

Phone Orders
Phone order customers are responsible for verifying their orders. The order confirmation is emailed to you after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee on the website. This is a tool to ensure no mistakes are made. We strongly suggest that you review your email confirmation after every order. If a customer does not receive an email confirmation for any reason such as an incorrectly entered email address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact 1Blinds.com in order to obtain their order confirmation.
